Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lookout (lookoutstats.com). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Lookout is free to use, for up to 100 tracked projects per workspace. We may change or discontinue features. We will tell you before introducing any charge, and you can stop using Lookout at any time.

Supported browsers

Lookout supports Chrome 111 or newer, Edge 111 or newer, Firefox 115 or newer, and Safari 16.4 or newer (on Mac, iPhone and iPad), on desktop and mobile. Older browsers may not work. Monitor mode keeps the screen awake and goes full screen where the browser allows it; iPhones can’t make a web page full screen.

Your account and workspaces

Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. Workspace owners decide who is invited and can remove members at any time. Members have read-only access.

Your Vercel token

When you connect a team you authorize Lookout to use the token you provide to read your projects and Web Analytics. Create a token scoped to that team, with an expiry. You can revoke it at any time in Vercel, or disconnect it in Settings while another team stays connected (deleting the workspace removes the last one).

Acceptable use

• Connect only Vercel accounts you are authorized to access.
• Don't try to access other workspaces, bypass rate limits or security controls, or disrupt the service.
• Don't use Lookout to break the law or Vercel's terms.
• Don't copy, scrape, frame or resell the service, or reverse engineer, decompile or extract its code, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to run Lookout for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our service and content

Lookout, including its software, design, text, graphics and the Lookout name and logo, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own analytics; they don't give you any other right in it. Don't copy or imitate its design, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with us, without written permission.

Lookout is an independent product and is not affiliated with Vercel Inc. Vercel is a trademark of Vercel Inc.

Disclaimers and liability

Lookout is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Analytics come from Vercel and may be delayed or incomplete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero while you use Lookout for free).

Ending your use

You can delete your workspace or account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Deleting a workspace removes its connections, tracked projects and security log.
