Vercel Speed Insights for every project, on one board
Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) from Vercel Speed Insights for all your projects side by side, per device, with a plain-language verdict.

Speed next to traffic, for every project
Vercel Speed Insights records Core Web Vitals from real visitors, but like Web Analytics it shows one project at a time. Lookout reads Speed Insights for every project you track, once an hour, and puts the result next to the traffic it already shows. A slow page and a page that lost visitors are often the same page; on one board you see both.
On the board
- Every card gets a status line under Page views and Pages / visit: a dot and a word (Passing, Needs work or Poor), then LCP, INP and CLS, each in its rating’s colour.
- The table gets a Speed column you can sort by, slowest first.
- The board’s totals count how many sites pass, and how many are poor.
- A site without Speed Insights says so, with the steps to turn it on.
On a project’s page
Each project gets a card per metric that asks the question the metric answers (how fast does the main content show? how fast does a tap respond? does the page jump around?), with the 75th-percentile value against Google’s goal and a plain sentence, for example “Mobile visitors wait 3.1s for the main content; goal is under 2.5s. Desktop passes.”
- Mobile and desktop are rated apart, because they often fail for different reasons.
- A 14-day trend of LCP against the 2.5-second threshold shows whether a deploy made things better or worse.
- The slowest routes show where to start.
- A fix prompt for each failing metric: the page’s real values and framework, with the usual fixes, ready to paste into Claude Code or Cursor.
What the three metrics mean and what usually fixes them is in the Core Web Vitals guide.
Part of the grade
Core Web Vitals is one of the five factors on the Scorecard: a landing page that fails them is graded down, next to its traffic trend, pages per visit, conversion and visitors sent on. The same figures come from /v1/sites/{id}/speed in the Lookout API, for all, mobile or desktop visitors.
What you need
Speed Insights turned on for the project in Vercel (Project → Speed Insights → Enable) and its package added to the app. Lookout reads the data Vercel already collects; it adds no script to your site. Figures show up after the next deploy and the next hourly sync. Try it on the live demo.
